Ingredients

    1.0 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    3.5 medium Carrots, raw
    3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    0.06 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    2.25 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    3.0 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened

Directions

Cook squash your favorite way. Boil cut up carrots and potatoes until soft, & drain. Saute onions in Coconut / olive oil until slightly browned. Scoop out squash from skin into ssuce pan, add saute onions, and boiled carrots & potatoes & syrup.
