    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup non fat yogurt
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 1/2 cup canned unsalted pumpkin
    2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup pumpkin seed or hemp seeds
    3 oz. [small handful] dried cranbberries
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt


Heat oven to 400. Prepare bunt pan.
Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients, then blend in dry ingredients
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Turn over onto plate. Cool and slice. Serves 16.
