Ingredients

    200 grams Graham Cracker crumbs
    70 grams Butter
    120 grams Peanut Butter

    200 gram good quality Chocolate (I use Lindt 70-85%)
    30 grams Peanut Butter

    30 grams Peanut Butter

Tips

Much less sweet than Reeces Peanut Butter Cups, this is a satisfying dessert, but much less addictive.

Directions

Prepare a 9" x 9" pan by lining with parchment paper.

Melt the butter and first amount of peanut butter, combine with graham wafer crumbs. Press evenly into pan.

Melt chocolate and second amount of peanut butter together. Pour over base and spread evenly. Melt last amount of peanut butter and drizzle over chocolate layer. Swirl together with a butter knife for a marbleized effect.

Chill thoroughly before cutting, about 2 hours. Store in covered container in refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 24 servings from a 9" square pan.
