    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Milk, 3.25%, 2 tbsp

    Bacon, 10 medium slices, cooked
    Colby Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Swiss Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Half and Half Cream, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a pie pan. Then push together into a "mountain" in the center of the pan. Make a small hole in the center. Mix the milk and oil together in a cup and pour into the hole you made. Mix together with a fork and press out into the pan.

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat till mixed. Next add the cream and seasoning (salt and pepper will do if you do not have seasoned salt. Put the shredded cheese in the bottom of the pie pan, next sprinkle in the onion and the cooked, chopped bacon. Finally pour the egg mixture over the top.

Bake for 15 min at 400 degrees, then decrease the temperature to 325 degrees for the next 30-45 min. Cut into fourths and enjoy! (If you cut into eights remember to count only half a serving!)
