Ingredients

    16 liver Chicken Livers
    3 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Clean livers. Season them with garlic powder and poultry seasoning and salt. Melt butter and olive oil in pan. Cook livers over medium heat until just pink in the center. Do not overcook. Lower or turn off heat and add heavy cream. Take off heat and blend with stick blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate until cool and solid. Serve with pork rinds.
