    1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    16.0 oz Cream Cheese
    1.5 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2.0 tsp Garlic
    1.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    6.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
    4.5 tsp Ranch Dip Mix Hidden Valley Ranch


Cook bacon and set aside. Add room temp cream cheese, ranch dip mix, parsley, 1/2 cup cheese, Worcestershire and garlic to the bowl of a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix until combined. Crumble 3 slices of bacon and add to mixture. Lay out 2 strips of cling wrap. Crumble rest of bacon and take remainder of cheese and place it on the cling wrap. Gather cream cheese mixture and lay it on the bacon cheese cling wrap. Use cling wrap to form mixture into a ball while pressing bacon cheese mixture into outside of ball. Place ball in a bowl and put in fridge for 2 hours. Remove from cling wrap and serve with crackers. Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
