Ingredients

1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
4 serving Great Value large eggs
48 tsp Sugar, Great Value brand
2 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
12 tbsp Hershey's cocoa natural unsweetened
    114.2 gram(s) Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Baking Chips - Semi-Sweet Chocolate (32 chips) (by PKNPAM21)
16 tbsp Spread, Land O Lakes, Fresh Buttery Taste
    96 grams Orange Peel

Directions

Set oven to bake at 350 f. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl first, then add your vanilla extract, eggs, and butter and mix thoroughly. Take the freshly peeled orange peels and add them to a good processor. From this, collect 3/4th cup of shredded orange peel [this process wasn't done right, please learn to do the right way] and add it to the batter. Mix up the batter until its a nice whip like consistency. Next spray down your mini muffin pans with some cooking oil for easy separation. Take your semi-sweet chocolate chips and manually place two chocolates into each mini muffin pocket, once done take your brownie mix and put into the muffin pocket on top of the chocolates. Now go through and top off the brownie bites so that it is all evenly distributed. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
