    1.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    8 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    2 cup, chopped Walnuts


Put brown sugar and water in large bowl, microwave on high five minutes. Add vanilla and salt to syrupy mixture. In separate bowl measure out oats and nuts, add cinnamon. Pour syrupy mixture over oats and mix well.
Spray two baking sheets or cover with parchment paper, spread granola evenly between pans. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, switching pans halfway through.
