    * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Tomato, diced
    * 4 cups of cooked brown rice (add favorite seasoning to water when boiling)


Boil the red beans with your favorite seasoning. The ingredients list is including the 1 tbsp of butter in the cooked rice.

In a small skillet, saute peppers, onion, and diced tomato until soft.

Combine and enjoy!
