Ingredients

    16 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
    2 serving Bacon - Oscar Meyer (2 slices)
    1 small Onions, raw
    5 clove Garlic
    2.5 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth
    2.5 can's worth of water
    454 grams Kale
    4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Light Whipping Cream

Directions

chop bacon into small pieces, brown in large pot with ground sausage. sweat out onions, add garlic and broth and water. cut potatoes (skin on or off) into cubes and boil until tender. take off heat and add kale and cream.
