    1/2 cup unsweetned frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup unsweetned frozen mangos
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    Ice


Directions

Put all contents into blender.
Blend for about a few mintues, or until preferred thickness is acheived.
