Ingredients

    0.13 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.25 cup Snap peas
    0.50 cup Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Green Beans
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    16 oz Beef, round steak
    2 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)

Directions
