Introduction

This smoothie is very healthy. It has a lot of fruits. It makes you have lots of energy for the day! This smoothie is very healthy. It has a lot of fruits. It makes you have lots of energy for the day!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 bananas
    5 strawberry
    3 kiwi
    1 plums
    grapes (any kind)
    2 mangos
    2 oranges
    orange juice
    a blender

Directions

You cut the 2 bananas. Cut the 5 strawberry's...each in half. Cut the 3 kiwis. Cut the plum but remove the seed in the middle. You can put as many grapes as you want but YOU HAVE TO HAVE GRAPES! Cut the 2 mangos in small pieces. And then cut the 2 oranges.
Blend them all together...and drink and enjoy!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: DONT ADD ICE OR WATER BECAUSE THE ORANGE JUICE ALREADY HAS JUICE IN IT!!!
