Ingredients

    10.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh
    1.0 medium Carrots, raw
    0.75 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
    1.0 serving corn, steam fresh mini corn on the cob
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 tbsp Dynasty 100% Pure Sesame Seed Oil
    2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    3.0 tsp Ginger Root
    3.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Stir fry the chicken first in some vegetable oil with ginger and garlic. Remove from work. Stir fry vegetables to desired tenderness. Return the chicken to the wok and add the cabbage. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
