    2 serving bananna - med
    8 tbsp Almond Butter - Classic (Justin's)
    .25 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - Blue Diamond
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Cary's Organic 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    100 gram(s) Oatmeal, uncooked, Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, .5 cup dry
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 cup Raspberries


Add ground flaxseed and cinnamon for more health benefits


mix all wet ingredients
put all dry ingredients in blender and food processor till creates powder
Mix wet and dry together until smooth
fold in fruit
put into greased 12 muffin tin bake at 350 for 20 minutes
