Ingredients

    6 oz Pasta, Dry, Ziti, Muellers (by SSHOLLAND)
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)
    .75 cup Sour Cream
    6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Boil pasta and drain.
2. In skillet, brown onion, Add ground beef and brown. Mix in spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Remove sauce, stir in the mozzarella cheese and sour cream.
4. Spray 8 x 8 baking dish with Pam Spray. Layer as follows.
Half the ziti pasta, half the sauce. Other half of the pasta and the rest of the sauce on top.
5. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes . Longer if the cheese isn't melted.


Serving Size: Makes 6 one cup servings
