Ingredients

    16 oz Chicken - Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Thin Cut Chicken Breast
    2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    8 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
    2 tsp Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    7 serving Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla

Tips

Sour cream and salsa not added to nutrients


Directions

In large pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil, heat. Add peppers and onion, with 1 tsp of seasoning. Stir and cook to desired crispness. I like mine cooked soft. Remove from heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, add chicken cut in strips ad last tsp of seasoning. Cook till chicken is almost done add veggies back in. Serve on wheat tortillas. Add garnish you prefer.
