Same as my keto chocolate recipe with the addition of heavy cream powder. Play with the amount of heavy cream as this recipe is still extremely dark. Maybe reduce cocoa powder. Ingredients

    150 gram Cacao Powder
    150 grams Cocoa Butter Oil
    1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    5 tbsp Heavy Cream Powder (Hoosier Hill Farm) 12g (by KETOBELLE)
    1 tsp Salt

Tips

Must be kept refrigerated.


Directions

In a double boiler heat cocoa butter until melted. Once melted, add salt, vanilla and stevia powder to taste and mix. Add heavy cream powder and stir until mixed. Add cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix until combined. Pour into parchment-lined pan or silicone molds. Refrigerate to harden.
