Ingredients

    9 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    453.5 grams Pork Sausage
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    .33 cup Cheese, Lucerne Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese ss 30 grams
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 clove Garlic

Directions

Put butter into skillet and melt. Saute onion for 1 minute. Add sausage and cook till done. Remove from pan and drain. Put into greased 8x8, Cover with cheese. Mix eggs, cream, garlic, sat and pepper. Beat well, pour over sausage mix. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
