Ingredients

    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    4 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula
    2 tsp Garlic Salt
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

May take longer than 10 minutes to roast depending on how big your pieces of Cauliflower are


Directions

Cut up fresh large cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Use water to dampen cauliflower.. Shake garlic salt and nutritional yeast onto the pieces of cauliflower. Roast in a 400 degree oven until crisp tender and just beginning to char.

Serving Size: makes 12 or more 1/2 cup servings depending on size of cauliflower
