Ingredients

    8 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice

Directions

Slice carrots. Add one cup of water to bottom of pot. Put sliced carrots into a steamer basket. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute. Release as soon as the time finishes. Add lemon juice and garlic salt to cooked carrots
