    1 cup dried Soy Curls (by MJONES855)
    4 cup Better Than Bullion (1 cup prepared) (by AZMELODY)
    3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 cup, cubes Rutabagas
    2 cup Libbys Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
    2 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    0.3 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.1 cup Tomato Paste


Break soy curls up into pieces and put them and the 4 cups of bullion into the instant pot. Cook for 1 minute to rehydrate. Let come down from pressure for 10 min then open pot. Add the rest of the ingredients except tomato paste. Close pot and cook for 2 minutes. While pot is releasing. Put flour in a pan on the stove cook the dried flour on medium heat, stirring constantly until the flour becomes a nutty color. Mix the cooked flour and 1 cup cold water with a whisk. Let the pot naturally release... open and turn to saute and add 2T of tomato paste and flour roux cook on saute until stew gravy is thickened.
