    1.33 serving aldi goldhen eggs (1 egg)
    5.33 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp)
    1.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.33 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)
    0.66 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.33 tsp Salt
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 cup Simply nature organic grass fed 2% milk
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and mix all wet and gradients together separately then mix them together
