    2tsp Garlic, diced
    4tsp Margaine/Butter
    1T Black Pepper
    1/2C Shredded Cheese
    1 Large Whole Wheat Pita
    1C Salsa
    1 Chicken Breast, pre-cooked


Pre-heat oven to 400*F. In a small microwaveable bowl combine margarine & garlic (diced) and microwave on high about 30 seconds. Stir to combine flavors and spread on each inside of pita. You don't need a lot, just enough to cover the insides as a paste. Stuff pita's with shredded cheese, cooked chicken and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake on a cookie sheet about 15 minutes, just to warm up the chicken & melt the cheese. Remove from oven and let cool 3 minutes. Top with salsa and serve!
