Ingredients

    0.5 cup Farro, Italian Pearled, 1/4 cup, 50 gms dry, 120gms cooked (by MARYELLEN301)
    0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Kamut (dry) (by BUUKWORM14)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    12 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes
    0.25 cup Parsley
    2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    4 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    4 tsp Spices, Turmeric
    1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    0.25 cup, chopped Hazelnuts

Directions

just cook and mix it all chopped up. It is a salad.
