Number of Servings: 6


    3 C whole wheat flour
    1 C white flour
    1 large egg
    1 cup mashed sweet potato
    1/2 C cold milk
    1 1/4 C water
    1 tsp salt


Mix all together, flour and roll dough thicker than a pencil. cut into 1 inch pieces and flip with thumb.
Boil in salted water, drain and serve with favorite sauce.
