Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.33 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 ounce Yeast, bakers

Directions

Bloom yeast in warm water (with sugar). Best until smooth with 1.5 c flour, salt, and vinegar. Sir in remaining .5 c flour. Put in greased bowl, cover with plastic, place in warm place for 50 mins to double dough size, stir dough down, transfer into greased pie plate, cover with plastic and allow to raise another 35 mins. Remove plastic, brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 mins at 425. Then bake another 10 to 15 mins at 375, spritzing twice with additional water.
