My favorite casserole - easy and very popular. My favorite casserole - easy and very popular.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1.5 cup Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
    .25 cup White Rice, medium grain
    .75 cup Wild Rice
    2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 cup La Choy Chop Suey vegetables, well drained
    3/4 c water

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for an hour, covered.
