Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut up in medium size pieces
    1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze Sauce
    1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw cut into small pieces
    1 bag - Success Rice (Boil in Bag) White - cooked
    1 bag - Aldi's Season's Choice Steamed Broccoli, heated
    4 tbsp Pompeian Extra Light Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Aldi's Pur Aqua Purified Water-16.9 oz

Directions

1. Cook and heat the rice and broccoli, set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil on high heat add chicken and cook till lightly browned.
3. Turn heat down to medium and add the teriyaki sauce, water, scallions, and broccoli. Stir well to cover the chicken and broccoli.
4. Cook slowly stirring occasionally til sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
5. Remove from heat. Serve with the rice.
