Introduction

Ingredients

    2 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    5 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
    2 tbsp Lard or bacon grease
    6 clove Garlic
    16 oz Cream Cheese
    1 cup chopped onions

Directions

-heat skillet or dutch oven over medium heat
- put in oil of choice ,(as long as it is either lard or bacon grease)
- add garlic (preferably crushed or chopped)
-add diced onions
- when they reach a fragrant lucency, add spinach and stir to wilt
- add cream cheese a few ounces at a time until it melts
- be sure and salt liberally!! preferably Realsalt
-stir until spinach is soft and cheese is melted. may take a few minutes. . .
- take off heat and add parmesan
