Ingredients

    5 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    .35 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    .2 tsp Salt
    2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    .5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    .25 cup Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted with salt added
    0.25 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)

Directions

massage kale using olive oil and salt until tender
add in remaining ingredients
toss with Lemon dressing (see other recipe)
