Ingredients

    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 lb pot roast (cut in 1/2 if needed to fit in slow cooker)
    1 tsp canola oil
    1/4 c water
    2/4 c Kraft BBQ sauce, Original
    1 onion sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp ground mustard

Directions

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Brown steak in oil on both sides. Transfer to crock pot, add garlic to pan roast was browned in, cook about 2 mins, add water to get bits off bottom. Pour in crock pot over roast. Mix all seasonings and pour over roast. Top with onions. Cook on high 6-7 hours, low 12-14 hours. Serves 4.
