Ingredients

    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    4 clove Garlic
    1 small Onions, raw
    8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    8 oz Pasta, whole wheat elbows
    0.05 cup Flour, whole grain
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
    1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Sauté onion mushrooms garlic and oil until soft. Stir in flour. Add stock milk salt and pepper and then add half the cheese. Cook pasta and broccoli and chicken. Put everything together. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Add rest of cheese cook for 10 more minutes
