    6 tbsp Flaxseed
    12 tbsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seed
    7 tbsp Trader Joe's Raw Shelled Hemp Seed
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    0.1 cup Arrowroot flour
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    3 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix arrowroot with 1 cup water. Set aside for 10 minutes (used as “egg” in recipe). Mix all dry ingredients. Mash bananas until smooth. Then add wet ingredients. Add dry to the wet. Bake i bleached large muffin cups for about 20 minutes or until crisp on top. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 10 minutes Take out of oven for another 10 minutes before eating. Serving Size: Makes about 14 muffins
