    Burger Mix:
    1 pound ground turkey or chicken (soy-free)
    0.5 tsp salt
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    .5 tsp onion powder
    .25 italian seasoning
    a few shakes of dried thyme

    Breading Recipe:
    1 egg, beaten
    .25 cup arrowroot powder
    2 Tbsp golden flaxseed meal
    2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

    For frying:
    1-2 Tbsp ghee
    1-2 Tbsp avocado oil


Mix all burger ingredients together and form four patties.
In three separate bowls, arrange the breading ingredients with: arrowroot in the first bowl, beaten egg in the second bowl, and flaxseed meal mixed with yeast in the third bowl. Coat each patty in arrowroot, dip in the egg, then coat in the yeast & flaxseed mix. Place breaded patties into the a pan with the ghee & oil, frying until golden on both sides - place fried patties in oven to finish cooking: patties are finished when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve on large leaf of lettuce with tomato & mayo (tracked separately).
