    6 oz Cream Cheese
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice


soften cream cheese and butter at room temp.

in a small bowl, combine sweetener, lemon juice, and zest until well blended

in separate bowl microwave cream cheese of 10 seconds until very soft and pliable. this optional step makes the cream cheese combine well with other ingredients.

add cream cheese and butter to bowl with lemon juice mixture and beat with hand mixer until well-mixed

divide into 16 round silicone molds or on parchment paper. Freeze for several hours until completely solid.

store leftovers in freezer.
