Tips

Can add Shrimp for extra protein
slice carrots and cucumber thinly
fold in both ends as you roll


Directions

precook vermicelli according to instructions on package
soak wrap until it softens
wrap ingredients tightly - this takes a little practice
serve with Thai Spicy chilli sauce
