Ingredients

    6 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    12 oz Cumberland Gap Ham Steak (3 oz / 84g)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 Tsp Black Pepper
    (No Salt)

Tips

I cut the cabbage in about 1.5 inch squares and the ham in about .5 x 1 inch chunks.


Directions

Brown ham in a large skillet, add cabbage and stir occasionally until the cabbage is somewhat crisp, but done. Do not overcook the cabbage.
Serve Hot
