    1 russet potatoe peeled & and shredded
    1/2 mozzarella cheese

    1 pound ground beef (7% fat)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    16 oz shredded cabbage
    3 Tbsp taco sauce

    1/2 cup mozzarrella cheese


1.) Preheat oven 400 & mix shredded potatoe & 1/2 cup cheese and layer in casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake 10 minutes.

2.) Brown meat & cook onion, cabbage, garlic & taco sauce -- poor mixture into casserle dish w/ potatoe cheese crust. Bake 25-30 min

3.) Add remaining cheese & bake additional 5-10 minutes until cheese begins to brown a bit
