    5 oz (about 1 c.) of precooked, diced, chicken breast
    .25 c. Edamame, shelled, fresh
    .25 c. Scallions, raw, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, raw, chopped
    1 Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
    1 Egg White, hardboiled, chopped
    7 oz Brown Rice spiral pasta
    .75 c. Fat Free Yogurt, Plain
    .5 c Kraft Parmesan Cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix half pasta, chicken, scallions, edamame, celery, egg and yogurt until combined.
3. Slowly add the remaining pasta. Mix well.
4. Add cheese and salt and pepper.
5. Serve immediately or chill.
