    20 oz Chicken - Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Thin Cut Chicken Breast
    16 tbsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese - Chives & Onions
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    1.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning and Rub (by KBOISSEY)


Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 pan
Cover with spinach and then mushrooms.
Mix softened cream cheese with olive oil and broth. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Season with pepper and Weber seasoning.
Bake lat 375 degrees lightly covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 minutes more. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
