    2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    2 cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
    1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
    5oz. can Evaporated Milk
    8oz carton Lite French Onion Dip
    5 large Eggs
    2 cup Imitation Crab, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp Paprika
    2 - 9" Frozen Pie Crusts


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix first seven ingredients together and pour equal amounts into each prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Wonderful served with a dollop of light sour cream and an extra sprinkle of paprika on it :o) Makes two, 8-serving quiches.

Note: These freeze and reheat really well, so you can make one for now and freeze one for later!
