Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/2 tsp xantham gum
    1/2 Tbsp Bob's red mill whey protein powder
    2 Tbsp THM Baking Blend
    2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt or 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
    1/8 tsp THM Super Sweet

Tips

Perfect as a pizza crust or making a sandwich


Directions

Blend egg whites and xantham gum with a stick blender or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a greased bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds. Remove and slice into 2 thin pieces for bread. This can be substituted for pizza crust. Just add 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Spread onto a greased pan and cook on both sides. Add cheese and toppings and bake.
