    8 serving Eggs - pasture raised organic Central Market 1 egg (by GREENIETEANIE)
    8 serving Applegate Farms Organic Uncured Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
    2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2 cup, chopped Kale
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Coriander seed
    1 tsp Fennel seed
    2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    1 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil


Can be cut into squares and reheated 20 seconds in the m/w.


Preheat over 375
Cube potatoes and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until soft
Cook bacon, drain and cut into pieces
Grease 9 x 13 casserole with coconut oil
Beat eggs in large bowl, add milk & yeast, bacon, potato, kale & spices
Pour into prepared dish and cook 30 minutes.
