Throw together for an easy and low cal/low fat meal. Throw together for an easy and low cal/low fat meal.
Number of Servings: 8


    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup
    * *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * Sage, ground, .5 tbsp
    * White Rice, long grain, 3 cup


Boil chicken until done, rinse and tear apart. Make white rice in microwave while chicken is boiling. Make 'gravy' with the 2 cans of soup, water and seasonings. Add chicken into soup mixture. Either warm on top of the stove, and serve separately with rice, or make a bed or rice in 9x13 pan, cover with soap/chicken mixture and warm in oven.
