    3.8 cup Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional
    3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1 1/2 cup rotel canned tomatoes and green chiles (by MINDERS5)
    0.5 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese
    8 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning


first put can of refried beans into large storage bowl.
next, take already peeled avocados and smoosh them into a bowl with the lemon juice, once they are smooshed into a paste spread over the top of refried beans. Next you must take the greek yogurt and mix it together with the taco seasoing, then layer that on top of the avocado mixture, next add the rotel, then the cheese. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes then serve.
