Ingredients

    4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.05 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.05 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 dash Salt
    0.05 tsp Worchester sauce
    0.05 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
    1.05 cup, chopped Kale
    1.05 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    0.25 cup Artichoke hearts
    0.05 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    0.05 cup Onion yellow

Directions

Mix spices and rub onto chicken breasts. Heat on medium heat in a skillet Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side until brown and cooked through. Remove chicken when done to a plate and cover with full. Add onion. Reduce heat to medium high and sauté until translucent and fragrant. Add spinach, hake,and artichoke hearts and sauté until the greens begin to wilt. Add chicken broth and coconut milk to the pan and bring to a simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken and reduce. Add chicken to pan and cover with sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes,then serve immediately.
