Ingredients

    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    5.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
    0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce - Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
    1.5 cup Hunt's diced tomatoes , basil, garlic & oregano
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 cup Buitoni - Three Cheese Tortellini
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste

Directions

In large pot heat oil and add onion and carrots. Add other ingredients except tortellini. Bring to boil and cook about 5 minutes. Add tortellini and cook til their done. Serve and enjoy.
