Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cans of beans of your choice. Use ones in unsalted water, or rinse thoroughly. I use 1x chickpeas, 1x aduki beans, 2x red kidney beans.

    3 medium onions, diced
    3 large peppers (assorted colours), diced
    3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, diced

    3 tsp Onion powder
    3 tsp Garlic powder
    3 tsp Paprika
    2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    1 tsp chilli powder

    2 cans Chopped Tomatoes
    1 can Passata

Directions

Throw everything in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours, or medium for 6-8 hours.

This chilli freezes in portions very well.
