This is something I made up based on my love of Chinese food. This is something I made up based on my love of Chinese food.
Number of Servings: 3


    1 16 oz. pkg. Great Valu(Walmart) Broccoli stir-fry
    6 oz. chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground paprika
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    Dash Basil (to taste)


1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
2. Using a large, non-stick skillet, add olive oil and then cook chicken for approximately three minutes on medium-high heat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and saute on medium for approximately 15 minutes.
4. Serve over white or brown rice.
